Where Do You Ship
Online orders may be delivered anywhere in the Continental United States. Orders for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and internationally may be arranged through our Sales and Support department via email or phone.

Can I Pick Up My Order Locally
Unfortunately, local pick-ups are not available at this time.

How Is My Order Shipped
Our preferred carrier for shipping is USPS, although we reserve the right to ship via UPS, Fedex, DSL, or any other carrier should the circumstances require an alternate provider. The standard shipping method offered is Standard (5-7 Day), with 2-3 Day Priority Mail, and 1-2 Day and Express Mail available on most orders.

Where Does My Order Ship From
Orders are processed and shipped from Elevated Supply or a third-party warehouse, however, in the case of one or more items exceeding our available inventory, the order may be fulfilled and shipped directly from the product's manufacturer.

When Will My Order Ship
Orders made for in-stock products will be processed within 24 hours of the time of purchase, if completed prior to 1pm EST., Mon - Fri, on non-holidays. Orders made after 1pm EST, on holidays, or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Can I Track My Order
Yes, we provide a carrier tracking number to our customers via email once the order has shipped.

Are There Hidden Shipping Fees
No, we don't add any extra fees to our shipping rates.
